AICARM legal recognition

It is with great pleasure that I inform you that the administrative procedure, which began this spring, relating to the legal recognition of our association, has been successfully concluded. On 14 December 2020, AICARM Onlus was registered under no. 1130 of the Tuscany Region register of legal persons. For our association it is an important result that opens up the possibility of interacting with the institutions, representing the needs and requests of our members, and achieving the aims and objectives for which AICARM was established.

The legal recognition removes the prohibition for AICARM to acquire particular donations such as real estate, or be beneficiaries of inheritances or successions.

Legal recognition is therefore the first real step that places AICARM in a perspective of representing the requests of the associates, and of sustaining charitable initiatives and scientific research in the world of Cardiomyopathies.

I take this opportunity to report the newsletter of December 14th in which are reported, among other communications, my letter to the associates and the interviews with the vice-president Valerio Pelini and the councilor Augusto Marinelli who deepen and clarify the aims of AICARM.
