The agreement with the Cardiomyopathies Center of the Auxological Institute of Milan
This is a special issue of Aicarm News. Not only for the extensive information and service that we periodically continue to give to our members and to those who follow us with attention and sympathy, but because it confirms the agreement that Aicarm has made with the IRCCS, Istituto Auxologico Italiano di Milano, in particular with the Cardiomyopathies Center of the San Luca Hospital one of the excellences in this field in our country. Thus was born the third pole of a network that we intend to create in Italy. Milan and Lombardy connect and coordinate with Florence and Naples to make the exchange of information and assistance for patients ever more intense and effective. In this issue, readers can already have some examples of the collaboration with the Lombard reality in the two informative articles on the home management of arterial hypertension and on the remote monitoring of implantable devices (ICDs), which we have created together with them and Dr. Andrea Bernardini, cardiologist and electrophysiologist, who works in Florence.
