Offering listening, relief and information, this is the mission of the service “Cuori in ascolto” created three years ago that has exceeded 300 requests satisfied and is enhancing the IT tools. Paola Baldassarri, one of the AICARM volunteers who manage it, highlights the importance of the human relationship in a situation of fragility on the part of those who ask for help. “Knowing that, even just for a moment, someone feels less alone thanks to our help is the most gratifying thing,” she says.
