Dr. Silvia Cecchi

Silvia Cecchi has a degree in Modern Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures.
After an initial phase of interpreting, translating and teaching, she devoted herself to adult education, initially both as a trainer and as a designer of courses for unemployed young people.
Subsequently, having moved to Rome, she was responsible for the design area of ​​Fon.Ter for 15 years, an interprofessional fund, which guarantees companies and workers the possibility of accessing targeted financing for continuous training and skills updating.

Back in Florence, in 2018, in agreement with a trade union organization and ISPRO, she founded OPLA', a Career Orientation, Welfare and Assistance desk for oncology workers, on the issues of patients' rights in the workplace.
