We inform you that, in compliance with the privacy legislation in force, with particular reference to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and to the Guidelines of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, the 'Association AICARM APS intends to provide clear and complete information on the methods and rights you can exercise in relation to the processing of Personal Data.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING:

Personal Data will be processed for the fulfillment of the following purposes:

  1. completion of all phases connected to the planning and organization of the training course promoted by AICARM APS including the related instrumental activities (e.g. communications on the times and place of the course... etc.) and the management of registration requests.​
  2. compliance with internal administrative procedures and fulfillment of legal obligations or regulations in force;
  3. the sending of communications of an informative nature, fundraising and/or with promotional purposes of the activities and initiatives of AICARM APS   , with appropriate customization based on the interests and preferences expressed by the interested party at the time of registration.
  4. publication and dissemination of images and/or audio/video recordings, in which the interested party appears represented or can in any case be recognisable, carried out during courses, debates, conferences or dissemination activities in general, in full compliance with civic aims and objectives , solidarity and social utility pursued by the Association AICARM APS.

  • Consent: expression of free, specific, informed and unequivocal will of the interested party to proceed with the processing of his/her data
  • Legitimate interest of the Data Controller (art. 6 of the GDPR)

DURATION OF THE TREATMENT

The data will be processed:

  1. for the entire duration of the organizational and programmatic activity of the course.
  2. for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
  3. for the time strictly necessary to achieve the disclosure and promotional purposes described above or until consent is revoked.
PROCESSING METHODS

The data processing takes place both through paper and IT means, with the use of tools and procedures suitable to guarantee its security and confidentiality.

PROVISION OF DATA: MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE
  • for the establishment and correct execution of the training activity: the provision of personal data is optional, but constitutes a necessary requirement;
  • for the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. insurance policy): the provision of the requested data is mandatory;
  • informative and promotional purposes of the activities and initiatives of AICARM A PS​: the provision of personal data is optional and does not constitute a necessary requirement.
RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In strict relation to the purposes indicated above, your personal data may be communicated to:

  • employees and subjects in any capacity included in the organisation AICARM APS, in carrying out their duties;
  • subjects, public and private, to whom current legislation provides for an obligation to communicate.

Your personal data will in no way be brought to the attention of undetermined third parties, not even by simply making them available or consulting them.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

The processing of your personal data by AICARM APS, does not provide for any transfer of the same to countries not part of the European Union.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY (articles 15-22 GDPR)

At any time you can revoke the consent given, access the data concerning you, know how they were acquired, check whether they are accurate, complete, updated and assert your rights to request the rectification of your data, as well as the limitation of the processing that It concerns you, as provided for pursuant to and within the limits of the articles. 15, 16 and 18 of the Regulation. You may also exercise the right to object to the processing of your data pursuant to art. 21 and request portability, within the limits of art. 20 of the Regulation.

Furthermore, if you believe, pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, that the processing that concerns you violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Guarantor for the protection of personal data https://garanteprivacy.it/

The above rights may be exercised against the Data Controller by contacting the contact details indicated in point 1 above.
The exercise of your rights as an interested party is free in accordance with article 12 of the GDPR. However, in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, also due to their repetitiveness, the Data Controller could charge you a reasonable fee, in light of the administrative costs incurred to manage your request, or deny the satisfaction of your request.
Finally, we inform you that the Data Controller may request further information necessary to confirm the identity of the interested party.
