Prof. Gianfranco Sinagra is Director of the Cardiovascular Department of the University Hospital of Trieste, Full Professor of Cardiology FESC and an expert in the field of heart failure and cardiomyopathies. His research focuses on precision medicine for the diagnosis and prognostic stratification of cardiomyopathies and inflammatory cardiomyopathies, with a special focus on endomyocardial biopsy and immunosuppression. He has a particular interest in cardiac imaging applied to prognostic stratification. He is actively involved in research on genetic mutations and their clinical implications.
