Reimbursement of expenses incurred for specialist care and healthcare

AICARM offers concrete support to patients with cardiomyopathy through the reimbursement of expenses incurred for specialist care, diagnostic tests, medicines and travel to treatment centers.
Refunds, up to €500 per request, are issued according to defined criteria and after evaluation of the requested documentation.
To apply, you must fill out the appropriate form, attaching the medical and administrative documentation required by the regulation. The requests are examined by a dedicated commission.
The support request, complete with all parts, must be sent via email to the following mailbox support@aicarm.it which will be managed exclusively by specifically appointed personnel as required by privacy legislation.
