Reimbursement of expenses incurred for specialist care and healthcare

Living with cardiomyopathy is already a daily commitment. Sometimes, however, it adds another burden: having to choose between a necessary specialist visit and current financial means, having to forgo a trip to a treatment center because the cost is too high, feeling that the distance between you and the best treatment is more than just geographical.

AICARM doesn't want any patient to find themselves in this situation. That's why the financial support program exists: a concrete gesture of support for those who are already facing a lot.

AICARM has confirmed its financial support program for cardiomyopathy patients experiencing financial hardship in 2026. The program contributes to the reimbursement of expenses incurred for specialist visits, diagnostic tests, medications, and travel to treatment centers.

Refunds, up to a maximum of €500 per request, are approved on a case-by-case basis based on defined criteria, after verifying the documentation provided.

To submit the application, you must fill out the appropriate form and send it, together with the required documentation, to the email address support@aicarm.it.

All requests are handled by qualified personnel in full compliance with privacy regulations.
