Dear friends,
in a year that will be of growth and consolidation, our Association is developing initiatives and services
innovative products created with the aim of being ever closer to patients and helping them to face the many needs of
information and support that may arise in the face of the diagnosis of cardiomyopathy. While ours continues
strategy of entering into agreements with research institutions and associations chosen on the basis of their specificity, we have put our hand
to the creation of a listening desk, an organization of expert volunteers and specialists, who help together
to face a disease that can put the patient and his family in difficulty.
It will be called “Hearts in listening”, it will have information and in-depth functions and will offer support along the way
diagnostic and therapeutic as well as any economic support for therapies not charged to the system
sanitary. A structure capable of helping, listening and accompanying the people who come to you on a path
which will lead them to be confident in their future.
The idea arose spontaneously when a network was created around AICARM ETS Onlus
important of volunteers: patients who are available to overcome obstacles and the fear of not being able to do it e
specialists from various sectors (psychologists, psychiatrists, gynecologists, etc.). A wealth of experience and knowledge of the most
high scientific and therapeutic level that can help break that wall of loneliness and abandonment in which the
patient may find himself confined and that even good health is not always able to demolish. It will be our care to give
prompt and extensive information as soon as the desk is open. We will start with an experimental phase
which will last two months, then the service will be fully operational.
